 Jennifer L. Kurz
Vice President 

Jennifer Kurz joined Woodmark Commercial Services in October 2003. Jennifer works as a landlord and tenant representative in downtown Washington, D.C.


Previously, Jennifer was the Director of Marketing and the Director of Research for Woodmark. Prior to joining Woodmark, Jennifer worked for a full service real estate firm in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.


Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Georgia where she received a scholarship in varsity swimming. During her tenure, the Lady Bulldogs won two National Championships and three Southeastern Conference Championships.


She is an active participant in the DC Commercial Market Researchers Coalition (CMRC).
