 Geoffrey M. Kieffer
Principal 

Geoff Kieffer joined Woodmark in 1998 to launch the firm's leasing services group. As head of leasing services, he is responsible for a team of eight professionals focused on tenant representation, landlord representation, and asset optimization services for major institutional clients.


Mr. Kieffer is an expert negotiator with in-depth knowledge of the local marketplace. He specializes in analyzing assets and developing innovative strategies for increasing property values. His unique background also blends management understanding with an comprehensive knowledge of office building systems and their impact on tenant requirements.


Mr. Kieffer has consistently ranked among the top 10 leasing producers in the downtown Washington, D.C., market since 1997. Throughout his distinguished career, he has represented high-profile clients in cumulative transactions totaling more than four million square feet.


Prior to joining Woodmark, Mr. Kieffer was with CB Richard Ellis from 1985 to 1998, where he was a top producer specializing in the downtown Washington, D.C., office market. His prior experience also includes eight years in sales management and corporate facilities management with Control Data Corporation.
